Writing this from our new cold storage facility in Dallas. The energy here is different…and cold.

RECORD 2024 GROWTH

First, the numbers that matter: 150% revenue growth. Profitable. Team doubled. 7 new warehouses. our UK and EU facilities are live and full operations.

But here's what makes me proud - we did it while staying true to our mission. Every new facility, every new team member, every expansion was about serving our brands better.

2025 VISION: GOING DEEPER

Here's the shift: We're not chasing new logos in 2025. Instead, we're doubling down on the brands who trust us.

What this means:

• Monthly strategy sessions with every brand

• Deeper supply chain integration

• More face time, better solutions

This week's been wild. Forbes, Business Insider, and two other major publications picked up our story.

Why? Because we just launched something massive...

After 18 months of conversations with our brands, one thing became clear: cold chain fulfillment is broken.

When Amazon hits you with a meltable restriction, you're forced off Seller Fulfilled Prime into FBM - killing your sales and Prime badge.

The current landscape in DTC? Only B2B providers with massive minimums and long-term contracts. Very little solutions for growing eCommerce brands.

What we kept hearing:

• "Lost our Prime badge due to meltable restrictions"

• "Juggling 3-4 warehouses for different temp requirements for DTC"

• "Can't find anyone who does both Seller Fulfilled Prime and DTC below 37 degree"

• "Getting killed by summer heat waves"

Fun fact: We now rank #1 on Google for "cold storage 3PL" - turns out we weren't the only ones looking for a solution.
